Peter J. Reurings

Peter Reurings is a Dutch first-time author born in the city of Vlissingen. However, his life in the harbour town was short. At the age of four, both his parents lost their lives as the result of a car accident. That day serves as one of his earliest memories that he would never know who they were. After that came a youth filled with ups and down, most notable of all a depression during his teens. Music served as the way out. His thoughts were a distraction that became a passion once the darkness cleared.
Over the course of fifteen years his imagination evolved, stories began and ended, began again, changed or were forgotten. However, in the back of his mind there grew something bigger than teenage fantasies, and from it came Will of Magic, a world build from many old stories. Chokehold of Darkness is the first story set in this world and Peter Reurings’ first novel.
